Salvaje hosts (soul nourishing) retreats for the modern, multi-dimensional woman, who deeply craves a reconnection to her wild, divine feminine (self).

By honouring our pillars of ritual, community, movement and nature, we curate experiences intended to facilitate transformation, joy and a deeper connection to all.

We are ordinary women seeking the (extraordinary)

Within ourselves, and for others.

Individually, we have undergone soul-filling, life-altering experiences marked by the introduction of healing practices into our lives-

The practices of yoga, meditation, breathwork, and more with the support of connection and community.

Together, we dreamed.

We dreamed of a time and place where we could share our collective learnings and nurture the extraordinary, the wild in all of us.

We invite you to (release your wild), too.

Carmen Tsang

Founder, Breathwork Instructor, Workshop Facilitator

Carmen is a dreamer and true Pisces. Traveling to over 50 countries, she sees the world through a unique lens, focused on where she can make an impact on sustainability and togetherness, made apparent in her work as a creative entrepreneur.

Carmen developed a passion for bringing women together and creating community through group wellness and mindfulness practices. With over 15 years of experience in yoga, acro, meditation, and breathwork, she strives to create spaces where she can share these practices with others; to create spaces for deep connection and self-discovery. Training under Wim Hof, Carmen will be bringing the WHM technique to the breathwork sessions.

Currently residing in Todos Santos, Carmen lives with no bounds and her desire to find authentic freedom inspired her to create SALVAJE Women’s Retreat, a retreat designed to bring down our guards and rediscover our wild, raw, and authentic self — empowered and free of limitations.

Mona Salas

Founding Partner, Yoga Instructor, Workshop Facilitator

Mona is a multi-talented yoga instructor with offerings ranging from high-powered vinyasa flows to Yoga Nidra or “Yogic Sleep”, a practice that invites you to experience and observe the subtle parts of your entire being.

With over 15 years of experience in health and fitness, it was yoga’s holistic and inclusive approach to wellness that first piqued Mona’s interest. She connects deeply with yogic philosophy and has found her passion in sharing the practice with others; inviting herself and others to cultivate balance and contentment, and to feel expansiveness beyond our physical selves.

As an adventure and thrill-seeker, Mona pushes the boundaries of comfort to discover physical, mental and spiritual possibilities. She strives to move, and guide others, past fear; to lead and create community rooted in love.

Julianne Chapman

During Julianne's personal healing journey, she was certified as a yoga teacher and shamanic breath work facilitator, and obtained certification in nutrition and integrative medicine for mental health and psychedelic psychotherapy. Over the past 11 years, Julianne has worked as a therapist, with the last five years dedicated to teaching trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, and holistic wellness strategies for building resilience in the body. She has a particular passion for working with women, believing in the transformative power of supporting and empowering them to reconnect with their inner strength and healing potential. Julianne also offers psychedelic integration sessions and believes in the profound healing power of human connection to help us reconnect with ourselves and each other.
